We offer complex solutions in the field of development and construction of technological units and single-purpose machines from the initial draft of a technological process to its detailed elaboration.

We also provide our customers with independent consultancy for improving effectiveness in the field of production, assembly and control processes using principles of industrial automatization.

Tools, preparations and control utilities are an indivisible part of the delivered units. That's why we cooperate with renowned companies dealing in metal production. By using modern production technologies implemented by experienced workers, we are able to achieve high accuracy and functional reliability of produced tools and appliances.

Our main field of activity is the development and production of single-purpose machines, production lines and implementation of industrial automatization and robotization of new or current production technologies. According to the required level of automatization, the workplaces are developed as manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic.

From the beginning we communicate with customers and delivery is managed according to their requirements. Delivery may include both an independent control system with necessary peripheral appliances, which are applied to already existing technical equipment and mechanics, or complete appliances with control systems including construction and production of complete mechanics. For control of technological units, lines, machines, visualization systems, examination appliances including collection of technological data and communication, the PLC-based control systems are delivered. These systems are also delivered with software equipment. We use modern systems of decentralized peripheries with communication Profi BUS, Ethernet, etc.

We thoroughly take care of optimal utilization of interoperable appliances and of exact connection of the line's particular parts for the best utilization. We take care of maximal utilization of the time during particular working operations.

We aim to cater specifically to our customers requirements in terms of their currnet control system, usage of their own technology and brands and we can also equip the line with components or production units from the customer's own sources.

We provide the customer with a detailed invoice, which itemizes the costs of whole machines, accessories and provided services. According to requirements we calculate possibilities of the machine's efficiency, consumption of energy, input and output parameters.

We carry out production, assembly, set-up, operation, examinations at the customer and revisions of appliances made by us. We provide training for operators of our machines and during the machine's lifetime, guarantee and after-guarantee services are provided. We supply professionally processed documentation with all parts, components and accessories.

During the machines lifetime, guarantee and after-guarantee service is provided not only to machines produced by us, but also to the machines and appliances from other producers.
